How much does a class cost?
A Rp270,000 day pass covers your class and open gym, with tax included. If you have a membership, classes are included. You can also book through ClassPass.
Do I need a membership to join a class?
No. You can join with a day pass or book through ClassPass. Choose your session from the timetable and reception will confirm your place.
Can I train if I'm only visiting Bali?
Absolutely. Choose a daily, weekly or monthly pass to suit your stay. Visitors and locals are both welcome.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
DASH welcomes all levels. Choose a class and let reception know your experience so the team can help you find the right session.
Is recovery open?
Recovery access starts Monday, 5 October 2026. Recovery-only access is Rp270,000 per person including taxes. Gym + recovery starts at Rp450,000. Explore the Recovery page for facilities and all packages.
How do I book a class?
Choose a dated session on the Classes page, then reserve directly on WhatsApp. Tap Send and reception will confirm availability, your price and your place. Prefer ClassPass? That option is available too.
Which class should I choose?
Try STRENGTH for building strength, BURN for conditioning, GROW for glutes, FLEX for mobility or RISE for calisthenics and handstands. Message us if you would like help choosing.
