DASH GYM BALI / OUR STORY
Rooted in Bali.
Built around people.
The story behind the four letters, and the community that brings them to life.
HOW IT COMES TOGETHER
A place where
it all connects.
The name DASH was shaped with a local Balinese shaman around four ideas: connection, the land, spirit and harmony.
AGUNG
The connection to the land — the strength of Bali itself, carried in the ground we train on.
SPIRIT
What lives within — the character, energy and drive that brings people back, day after day.
HARMONY
The balance between all of it — the land, the people and the community that surround DASH.
Together, these ideas shape DASH as a place where fitness, movement, recovery, food, culture and connection come together under one roof in Dreamland, Uluwatu.
